I've fallen victim to the "spare tire" waistline. Well it was bound to happen since I'm in that age range, a big eater who loves to eat right before I go to bed, and one who can't stop at having just one of something that I really like. I exercise regularly but it is not helping to get rid of the "bulge". My husband suggested I go on the Whole 30 diet which prohibits anything that has chemicals, wheat, legumes, most carbs and sugar (except for fruits). Haven't read the guidelines yet but it sounds very healthy and at least I can have sweet potatoes and yams as a starch. I am one who can't diet because I am a "see food eater". I'll let you know if this works for me. If I can do it anyone can because I have just about 0 willpower when it comes to food.
