For most of my life I've eaten quite healthy in spite of my peanut butter and mochi binges. Within the past year 2 of my friends' husbands between the ages of 50 to 60 had heart attacks and triple by pass surgery. They were both slim and active, however their diets consisted of highly processed foods. Just wanted to share this with those of us who think it can't happen to us because we are active. Eat healthy, exercise and live a good life.
